Ventilation and smoke removal - 12% (1-11 floors).

Plumbing - 33% (1-24 floors).

Finishing works in common facilities - 47% (plastering of ceilings 6-10, 12-14 floors).

Installation of door constructions - 45% (4-24 floors).

Installation of lift equipment - 70% (1-24 floors).

Roofing - 50% (steam and hydro-barriers, extruder, keramzite concrete screed, screed made of fine-grained concrete, slag wool along the perimeter). Work on covering the vent shafts.

Installation of window structures - 5-16 floors.
